Ladera Flower Shop, Ladera, CA Giftcraft Customer Since 2007

I am the owner of Ladera Flower Shoppe, located in Ladera Ranch, California. I have been buying from Giftcraft since September of 2007. From the first order that I placed to my most recent order, I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service as well as quality of product. I specialize in gifts for the garden and the home. Giftcraft's wide variety of products has allowed me to offer reasonably priced gifts, perfect for any occasion. I most recently added their new line of candles to my offerings and I have been very happy with the feedback I am receiving from my clients who have purchased them. The customer service I receive is beyond anything that I've every experienced as the sole buyer for Ladera Flower Shoppe during the past 6 years. My Giftcraft Representative is more than a representative, I consider her my friend. She offers gentle suggestions as to what she feels would work well in my shop based the overall atmosphere that I've created as well as the type of clients the Shoppe attracts. She does not try to persuade me into buying more expensive products for the sake of making a better commission; she truly has my best interest at heart.
