I have been a Giftcraft customer for over three years. We carry product from all of the Giftcraft product categories and we've been very happy with everything. The product does well and the service is excellent. If there ever is an issue, Giftcraft responds immediately with a resolution. I work with a number of sale representatives from a number of manufactures but my Giftcraft Sales Representative is one of the best. She is personable and courteous and totally understands our business and what products will work best in our store.
